Data Quality Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst

InnovaTech is looking for an innovative, highly motivated, self-starting data detective. We are looking for a person who can’t accept “no” as a good enough answer, who are eager to ask “why not” and then dig into the data until they find the answer. We are hiring additions to our team with the following qualities:

• You must have strong analytical skills with a programming mentality.
• You must be able to write SQL queries.
• You will need to understand and test PL/SQL programs.
• You must be familiar with database concepts (triggers, indexes etc), possess knowledge of Unix shell scripting and have worked with reporting tools.

As a member of our data quality team you will:

1. Work closely with the development team and project management team to review requirements, develop test plans, create test data and identify expected results to thoroughly test the business requirements.
2. Develop standard data quality checks to ensure nightly loads completed successfully.
3. Take responsibility for challenging work that is highly visible to the consumers of the data.
4. Join a dynamic team of individuals and contribute thought leadership in cutting-edge technology
5. Help determine the direction of the data quality discipline within the enterprise (have your thoughts and ideas mean something).
6. Mentor other members of the team
