Neal Levene, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Levene has over 18 years experience managing technology projects. Mr. Levene has supported InnovaTech’s Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence customers since 1996. Mr. Levene serves as InnovaTech’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Levene has a Master of Science in Public Management and Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated at the top of his class. Neal’s strengths are business development and technical project management.

David Paolicelli, SVP InnovaTech Holdings & President, Commercial Division

Mr. Paolicelli has over 18 years of experience using information technology to meet complex operating challenges across a range of industries.  Vivakos, Inc., founded by Mr. Paolicelli, was acquired by InnovaTech in 2009.  Through Vivakos, he has helped many Fortune 1000 organizations improve their productivity and decision making through enterprise and Web content management technology.  Prior to Vivakos, Inc., Mr. Paolicelli held management positions with Commerce One, AppNet, American Management Systems, and Vector Research, Inc.

Gregg Powell, SVP InnovaTech Holdings & President, Federal Division

An experienced, PMI certified Project Manager, Mr. Powell has over 20 years of experience managing complex information technology solutions. Mr. Powell’s success is a direct result of focusing on consumers’ needs and delivering solutions that address those needs. As Sr. Vice President of Professional Services, Mr. Powell is results oriented and driven to deliver solutions that add value, address a consumer’s business needs, and make consumers’ access to the corporate database more productive. This is done by removing the complexities which prevent consumers’ from making better informed, actionable, and timely decisions supported by reliable and trusted data from the corporate database. Mr. Powell has a mainframe programming background as well as extensive experience developing front-end solutions using Oracle, Business Objects, Brio, COGNOS, and other OLAP technologies.
