You will be involved with production support along with enhancing and improving the performance of the existing system. You will be responsible for the physical database design task and translating the dimensional model into physical table structures.
This person should have experience working with:
- Oracle (9i and up, with a preference for 10g)
- Data Warehousing knowledge & experience
- UNIX/Shell scripting
- PL/SQL
- Performance tuning & optimizing a terabyte sized database
